East Washington man arrested for assault

An East Washington man was arrested Wednesday in connection with the assault of a woman. Jazmany Luis Donatiu, 21, is charged by East Washington police with a felony charge of aggravated assault and misdemeanors of simple assault and disorderly conduct. According to the criminal complaint, shortly before 11 p.m. Wednesday, police were called to Donatiu’s apartment in the 400 block of East Chestnut Street. Donatiu is accused of pushing the woman during an argument and then head-butting her.
